Returns

Online and in store returns

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

You may return an item to the store for a refund or replacement if the goods are faulty or expired.

You must return goods to the store within 7 days, in their original condition, including the packaging, with the receipt.
