Shipping Guide

Where we deliver to: New Zealand Only

We deliver to all residential, rural, and business addresses throughout New Zealand. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery fees:

NZ Wide Courier (Non Rural) $7.95
NZ Wide Courier (Rural) $11.95
Orders over $88 are delivered for FREE

Expected Dispatch time:

Under normal circumstances (excluding holidays and peak season demand) orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Delivery Updates and Tracking:

You will receive an email update with a courier tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment so if you have not received a confirmation within this time frame please online chat, email or place an enquiry ASAP and quote your order number.

Authority to leave:

Deliveries will not be left unattended if no-one is home to accept delivery unless you expressly request it. If you are comfortable for your goods to be left unattended please state this on your order in the comments section and advise a safe & secure place for the order to be placed.

If we do not have your authority to leave a parcel you’re the goods will be taken back to the courier depot and a calling card will be left. If re delivery is attempted you may be charged a second delivery fee, you will also have the option to collect your goods from the courier depot.

Double J studio does not accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. We recommend that if you are at work during the day you should have your parcel delivered to your work address.

Delivery terms and conditions:
A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by our chosen courier company. We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. You may or may not be asked for a signature on delivery.
All items purchased from Double J Studio are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, we may have to charge an additional re-delivery fee.

Collecting your order:

Pickup times are 10:30am – 18:30pm Tuesday – Sunday. Depending on demand please allow up to 48 hours for us to pick your order. We will always email you as soon as your order is ready to collect, to avoid disappointment please wait for the confirmation email that your order is “ready to collect” before you come in.
